Milling and Sawing Modules

Our electro-pneumatic milling and sawing units in the PSM, PSMK and KFE model series have a compact design and work according to the same thrust shaft principle as our drilling units. The motor is fixed, only the motor spindle with the processing unit extends. The angled milling head, which drives the saw blade, is connected by a collet chuck. This allows the saw to work in plunge-cut mode. The stroke movement is carried out by the pneumatic feed cylinder. The feed movement can be regulated by attaching a corresponding oil brake. We offer these milling and sawing units in different drive powers and with various stroke lengths (88 mm | 150 mm | 200 mm | 250 mm).

• Model series PSM

  Sawing unit in ordinary design (feed cylinder behind drive motor) for wood processing (PSM) or for wood and light metal processing (PSMH)

• Model series PSMK

  Sawing unit in short design (feed cylinder between guide shafts of the angled head) for wood (PSMK) or for wood and light metals or as a cutting unit for cutting to length hoses or profiles, etc. (PSMKH)

• Model series KFE

  Short-stroke milling unit comparable to the short-stroke drilling unit (KBE)
