Automatic Plug-producing Machine for Normal Plugs QZF

The fully automatic plug-producing machine QZF tirelessly produces normal plugs - the only requirement is a batten magazine of the desired size that is always filled with workpieces.

One magazine filling with a batten height of 6 mm and a diameter of 15 mm produces approx. 1600 normal plugs or approx. 800 normal plugs with a diameter of 40 mm. At a production rate of 1100 normal plugs per hour (diameter 15 mm), the magazine has to be refilled after 1.5 hours at the earliest and the attached collection bulk container with a volume of 10 liters emptied.

The normal plugs can have a purely cylindrical shape or also be chamfered on one side - this is not a problem for the machine, as it is a question of the tool used. If the magazine is not filled before idling, the machine switches off automatically and waits for the batten magazine to be refilled and for the manual initiation of the start button.

As a milling unit the tried-and-tested electro-pneumatic Ayen-unit with the shortest possible stroke is used to achieve optimum performance with low energy consumption.

The following versions of the QZF series are available:

• QZF10 - one normal plug per cycle

• QZF21 - numerous normal plugs per cycle

• QZF22 - one normal plug with optionally one chamfered side per cycle
