The LBM32-23D is the machine for simultaneously drilling two hole-series. With two drilling units, each with a 23-spindle drilling beam, your cabinet wall will be finished in just a few moments. Both drilling units can be moved independently of each other on the load-bearing shafts, which avoids unnecessary movement of the workpiece should a third hole-series be required.
The front drilling unit can be easily switched on or off via a hand lever valve and can be moved within 500 mm depth (in a range between 150 to 650 mm). Together with the rear drilling unit, which can be moved between 20 to 520 mm depth, the LBM32-23D can be used to drill all hole-series, half-open connecting fittings and hinges flexibly and efficiently. The oil brakes mounted as standard for tear-out free drilling allow rapid traverse of the drilling beam up to the workpiece surface (time saving) and then controls the feed speed during drilling.
