Drilling Machine for Hole-series - ELB32-23

A machine that protects your workpieces, saves time and still works with absolute precision. The ELB32-23 meets these requirements - it is a drilling machine for hole-series from Ayen.

There are two basic solutions for drilling hole-series, connecting fittings, etc.:

If it is a machine with a fixed-position drilling beam, the workpiece must be moved by hand to achieve the correct position in relation to the drilling beam so that the hole-series can be drilled. The disadvantage: very large workpieces have to be moved manually. This additional work is strenuous, harmful to health, time-consuming and furthermore exposes the workpiece surface to unnecessary stress. Damage due to scratching is possible with this kind of machines.

Our ELB32-23, on the other hand, has a drilling beam that can move freely in depth. The workpiece only has to be placed against the 3000 mm long stop fence once for both drill-series. The drilling beam is then brought into position and the holes can be drilled. For repetitive work, the associated raster cams are helpful. These allow the drilling beam to be repositioned to an accuracy of 0.1 mm in a matter of seconds.

The advantages are obvious: with the ELB32-23, you can drill all holes quickly, precisely, gently, with little effort and faultless.
