Dowel-hole Drilling Machine - UBM19

Our minimalist UBM19 dowel hole drilling machine can be used for dowel drilling and for drilling hole-lines with 19 drilling spindles in 32 mm increments. It also ensures competitive, precise part production at all times thanks to its ability to perform the following drilling tasks:

• Hinge holes

• Connecting fittings

• Mitre (any angle)

• Middle shelves

• Middle sides

• Strips

• Frames

• Bevelframes

• Drawers

You may not need these functions every day, but certainly one day.

The stop fences of the UBM19 can either be attached to the front of the machine table (for dowel holes) or to the side (for hole-lines, connecting fittings, frames and hinge holes). The machine can be converted from one task to another in a minimum of time. Its drill feed speed is infinitely variable.

The drill beam housing with its 19-spindle drill beam can be moved by 120 mm in the slideways of the side parts a handwheel and threaded spindles. The swivel process between face and flat-sided drilling is carried out manually. This is supported by the swivel aids with weight compensation springs mounted on both sides of the machine base. The drilling beam can be set to any angle between 0° and 90°.
