Dowel-hole Drilling Machine - ECO21

Equipped with universal application possibilities and high precision, the ECO21 has been specially developed for the requirements of non-specialized craft businesses. Precise dowelling of the carcasses, frames and drawers is the only way to ensure that the workpiece has the desired dimensional accuracy.

The ECO21 can be used for all dowel hole drilling tasks. It has 21 drilling spindles in the standard 32 mm pitch. These are mounted on a precision drill beam, which is guided on both sides in slide bushes. The toothed guide rods and the built-in rack compensation always guarantee tilt-free feed movements.

By simply changing the fences, you can either drill dowel holes or hole-lines, hinge holes, half-open connecting fittings, frames, etc. The complete drill beam housing with its 21-spindle drill beam can be moved by 120 mm in the slideways of the side parts using a handwheel and threaded spindles.

The swivel process between face and flat-sided drilling is carried out manually. This is supported by the swivel aids with weight compensation springs mounted on both sides of the machine base. The drilling beam can be set to any angle between 0° and 90°. The ECO21 fulfills all requirements to enable universally oriented craft businesses to produce competitive parts at all times - not only as a dowel drilling machine, but also as a machine for drilling:
